She-Crab Soup

Yields: 4-6 servings Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound broccoli florets, chopped 4 cups chicken broth 1 cup milk 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Instructions: Sauté vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
