Combine dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the grated frozen butter and self-rising flour. Chill the mixture for 10 minutes. "Homemade" Garlic Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes Servings: 16   Ingredients: 1 loaf French bread ½ cup salted butter, softened 3 tablespoons olive oil 3-4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder) 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine butter, olive oil, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Mix well. Cut the bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using. Place the bread halves on a rimmed baking sheet, cut side up. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and toasted.
